I really like this theory, and this is actually what I was thinking all along, only I couldn't quite get it into words to post my thoughts.. lol.

And they still could have him.. just maybe tied up or locked up somewhere.. even if they could do this to begin with it doesn't make sense that they WOULD do it, without knowing that they (or someone) had Daniel and he couldn't just pop back up at "home" and say "Hey, what's all this about? They don't have me.. I'm right here!" you know?

first of all.. sounds nothing like LSD or 'shrooms... they don't change the way you think at all.. sometimes you get a "body trip" but mostly it just affects your vision.

second of all.. doesn't sound like MDMA (ecstasy) either. MDMA is very "speedy" causing you to talk faster and your voice also kinda "jumps".. also, he would not have looked so calm and relaxed.
....unless of course, they gave him one of those pills that's floating around now-a-days that people claim is "x" but is really what we used to call a "dirty pill" because it barely contains any MDMA at all and is mostly a combination of other drugs such as heroin....

...ok... way too much talk of drugs... maybe should've just kept my mouth shut.. but really- I know what I'm talking about.

i've read a book on the CIA's study with LSD, and they definately proved that in was inconclusive because after experiments they decided that although sometimes the tester would do what they wanted, but most of the time not. it wasn't steady enough.

and as a person who's done LSD more times than i can count on my fingers, Daniel would not be talking the way he is. when you're tripping you're very confused and can't form sentences so completely, the way he is. if anything, daniel would probably be sitting there having a mental breakdown because he was hallucinating in an uncomfortable situation, without any clue what was going on.

Anyway, the creators did manage to answer even more of our questions, especially "What ever happened to the ceremony?" It seems like everything is slowly coming together.

I am interested to see if Bree and Jonas actually act on this one instead of skateboard lessons or fooseball.

Bree is supposed to be extremely smart. It's time we see that in action.

O.o; I do believe it was my uncle or something who took a "trip" on LSD and well he ended up basically having the brain of a 10 year old boy and wasn't able to do things for himself and there was no one to take care of him so he was put into the hospital.
