Aww! Thanks. Weird about that girl, though. I have these other pictures I took and someone said I look EXACTLY like their best friend's sister in them. It used to be I didn't look like anyone at all, just 'different.'Mirage wrote:TheChessboardWoman, you're SO adorable!! And you remind me of this girl I used to work with back in the day, hmm...
Kasdeja, that's a lovely picture!! Congrats on the weight loss--I've been really trying to atleast clean up my eating habits but it's just not sticking. *sigh*
Good to see both of you girls smiling!!

Heh! *cue twilight zone music* I mean, it's not exactly alike, her face was more round than yours...but the resemblance is uncanny!TheChessboardWoman wrote:Aww! Thanks. Weird about that girl, though. It's better than someone saying that you look like a dude they once knew. (no I've never had that happen I'm just saying it'd suck. )

And yes. That would indeed suck. But if I remember your picture correctly, it would be hard to mistake you for a boy.

At family reunions I used to get "Oh my goodness, you look just like your Grandpa Bob when he was young!" Then they would talk about how I had the big family ears (they're not that big, but I will always be self-concious about them, THANKS FAMILY.)Mirage wrote:It's better than someone saying that you look like a dude they once knew. I never took it too bad, my mother and by extension my sister and I were the only ones in the family who got the blonde hair/blue eye/fair skin thing from my grandpa's side. Everyone else is dark hair/eyes/skin from my grandma.
I don't get that any more, since I became less of a tomboy.

GAH! the family's "big ears"? Ack that would be sure to give me some "issues" that I would have to work out later in life....
I'm the spitting image of my mother, which I dont mind necessarily. It's the fact that we sound so much alike that bothered me. When I was living at home it would sometimes be very odd...I'd answer the phone and hear more about her friends than I'd necessarily want to!

I got bored a few nights ago, and shoved a safety pin through my lip. Yes i realize I am NOT the brightest crayon in the box. But it looked cool ^_^

Hey, I'm a long time lurker, not much of a poster, but I figured I'd post a picture anyway. Just wanted to say hi!
I also went bald for a while after I shaved off a mohawk I had for a while, which resulted in some interesting photographs. http://static.flickr.com/107/263494530_d73bfbc195_b.jpg

haha, thanks. I was kind of attempt to create a mixup of Lost and Trapped In The Closet, a really really inside joke that only people who've watched both would get: I'm supposed to be Locke the Nosy Neighbor.Flautapantera wrote:Callawang, I love your photos!
