i think your first two caps are just random traffic. The first one is a van that crosses in front of the camera. the second looks to be a van (or limo?) in traffice focused on briefly before the camera pans up to the bridge.
Your third and fourth caps are the most interesting. That half second is puzzling, but i think it is Jonas reaching up to pull himself out of his SUV. I was able to get a screencap in between yours:
It looks like our dear Jonas's man arms, lol.
And your last cap. I'm not quite sure what you mean. It looks like there may be a couple figures standing on the street, but it also looks like a strange sort of sign.

nah, not a gun. Outside in the parking lot, just above the dashboard on the righ hand side. When that bit is playing i don't think it looks like he's pulling anything out.
