Now Jess is also a lot smarter that I am, but she is like a half godess (like Hercules) So I dare talk to her even though I know I'm not worthy!

I want to let you know something that might be helpful.

When it gets really bad, Gypsy and I PM each other. When it's really, really bad, I PM BK and Iris. The last PM I sent BK was to please be gentle to the newcomers from the message board and to alert other moderators of this.

To stay diplomatic (since you are a Captain now,) you might want to consider e-mailing one of us. We rant all the time. I just don't want us vs. them to get started again, you know?

What I believe it comes down to is this:

We have two sets of people with polarized personalities.

One is creative, free-flowing and divergent.

The other likes things neat, clean and orderly.

There is nothing wrong with either style. It's like left brain and right brain.

However, we are one whole community. Like the brain has to work together, so do we.

I posted 9 comments this a.m. on the "outside" boards. I haven't checked back to see if I got any flack..but generally, I've been hearing more positive things from people and that is good.
