Lake:
The median income for a household in the city was $52,934, and the median income for a family was $60,196. Males had a median income of $41,699 versus $31,797 for females.


I guess I technically live in the more... posh section of town.

The rich part though around here is North Oaks:

It IS haunted. I swear it is. We only have two math buildings on campus (Deady and Fenton) and for some reason, every math class I sign up for just happens to be in Deady, and the place is soooo scary. The ceilings are really low and the walls are painted this light blue, but all the paint is chipped off, and there are really dim lights and narrow hallways and it's just...creepy.

Eugene is known for how many people we have that are below the poverty line. I have...enough money to get by, but there are soooo many homeless people here it just makes me cry.

Yeah, I was trying to find this song that one night I first talked about them. I was reading about them on Wikipedia and stumbled on it.

I think the lyrics are a little...strange in this song. But it's got a nice beat.

It gets better, you can't tell me you listened to the whole thing. I don't like the beginning. I like the chorus and what not.
