Wellll I beat Tomb Raider, and I got a chocolate milkshake, and watched a ton of Friends, and got an email from Max, and then I decided to write a list of all the ways in which Harry Potter is a COMPLETE RIPOFF of a lot of other cooler things, and I just discovered a new thing to add to my list...the Thestrals from HP fit the EXACT DESCRIPTION of the Jersey Devil from ancient folklore.

Geez, JK Rowling could try just a little to be original for once. :roll:

I'm not a big Harry Potter fan, if you can't tell. I still read the books, but they're so completely unoriginal, it's almost a crime to literature.

I've never actually read them, besides the first couple chapters of the first book. :lol:

They're just, like you said, completely unoriginal. Plus I tend to stay away from things that get that much hype/publicity...
