Good Grief!! I am a 34 D... they were actually fine until I had my daughter and decided to breastfeed for 15 months. I don't know if it was the milk I had during that time that caused them to sag or if it was the overnight growth from 34 D to 34DDD

edit: I should also add that I am only 5 feet tall... They were definitely bigger than my daughter's head while nursing... and I am pretty sure they were bigger than mine as well!
