I assumed that was a Cardinal's outfit, and it says hes holding the "Third Major Revision of the Novus Ordo Missal in 30 Years", So i guess I'll research that. Also he is Jorge Cardinal Medina-Estevez, Member of the Ecclesia Dei Commission, if anyone knows anything about the Ecclesia Dei Commission, that might also be helpful. . .

am beginning to agree, but have trouble correlating pics with currently 'translated' (perhaps incorrectly) lines of the first poem. i believe the pic is a 'helper' clue for the first poem, and unrelated to the second, btw.
