makes it fully clear.

just sends everything home.
I apologize for my skepticism, although I'm sure y'all can understand where I came from. "serapis codes hi novice wait" is the wackiest sentence of all time.

NP - Skepticism is great because it encourages debate.
"SO DEPICTS A ROSE IN SOIL FENCED" is none to sane a line either, if you ask me.
And oh look, SO DEPICTS A ROSE is an anagram of CODES TO SERAPIS! But don't get me started on that again, we've been discussing it all evening....

Someone said that families are buried in fenced off areas... perhaps looking for a family with the last name Rose? I don't know LA well, being from NorCal, so unfortunately, I am not much use... But maybe this can help. Just a passing cloud in the sky of my thoughts...
