Can somebody explain the progression from the RAR file to the list of names.
Treat me like a techy and I will pee in whatever direction I think you may be.

The rar file started out as the hex representation of ascii characters - 0x303130303030313120...
The characters translated as follows:
0x31 - 1
0x30 - 0
0x20 - space.
Do that translation and you get binary: 0100 0011<sp>. That is now the binary representation of an ascii number. The first one in hex is 0x43 which is C.

also in that 2nd clue where it's bree talking... I notice she mentions

Ummm. That's one way the puzzle pieces could fit. If Tachyon is looking to be found, then maybe she's telling us her location

Cu_Roi opened my eyes a bit when he said that the Bowling LG15 video references the tag Tachyon in it, so I'm not so sure the Bowling Alley/Lucky Strikes theory is good any more.
New Theory:
Bowling Scene with LG15 means, "Hey it's me Tachyon"
Compass and Map means, "Come look for me"
The list of names mean . . well, I don't know. Maybe this is secret info that Tachyon has stolen from the Order.
Again, just a theory, so feel free to rip it to shreds.
