You know that moment where you just want to grab a pair of scissors and run away with them?

Yay! I've always wanted to co-star in something that might be suitable for children! Er... nevermind. Today is not that day, it seems. :D

My pork chop and pizza dinner was mediocre at best. I wish I had bavarian meat balls!

Don't we all? *snicker*

But really, I haven't even started cooking yet. I discovered this nifty way to cook meatballs that makes it less of a mess. You make them as usual, roll them lightly in breadcrumbs and bake them in muffin tins! It only takes about half an hour and you don't have splattered grease all over the counter.

It is! It's mostly just sour cream and caraway. But it's scrum-diddly-umptious!

Aww, I love Rachael! Although all of this publicity and mass-marketing (and talkshows *twitchtwitch*) is starting to get to me.

....ooh, I love them studly chefs. I like that Aussie "Take Home Chef" guy, he's a cutester. And Tyler Florence. *swoon* :D

Ribs are in the oven! I used this rub on them that's super good--salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, lemon pepper, onion powder, and chilli powder. Uhm, it's so freaking good. At the end I'll throw on some Sweet Baby Ray's and honey. Grr, I wish they were done NOW! :D
