Gemma THINKS she is living independently, but her flatmates are really members of the Order assigned to keep track of her. They invade her computer while she is sleeping and delete Bree's videos. This is why Gemma is clueless as to what is going on with Bree and Daniel.
It could happen..........
I like it, but what would be the point? What would they want from Gemma? She's thousands of miles from Bree, and she doesn't seem to be a threat to the religion. Plus, how do you delete videos off someone else's YouTube account?

In fiction, events can occur at a certain point that seem like inapropriate for the moment. In real life (LG15 is supposed to be real life) things like that happen all the time. There is bad timing, but because it's real life it doesn't matter. The fact that Gemma posted this at this point of the story makes it seem more realistic
BIG IMO
In real life and in fiction there are also these things: logic, action and reaction, cause and effect..etc.

Okay, first thing? We are all getting FREE entertainment. Oh no, these people are spending a shitload of their free time working on this project and WE AREN'T SATISFIED WITH IT SO WE'RE GOING TO BITCH AND MOAN. Woe is you, your absolutely free internet drama isn't going the way you want it to.
Second, I completely agree with the people who have been saying that not everything in life is purposeful. In a novel, if an old movie poster blows down the street, it inevitably turns out to be the movie that the heroine's estranged dead mother starred in. In real life, if you pick up a movie poster off the street, it proooobably won't have any significant impact on your life. Same point here: they've made this a real-world kind of thing, and not every single element of every single video has to have an earth-shattering significance.
Chill out, people. If you're so worked up about a video not having the content you wanted it to have, you probably have too much invested in a work of fiction.

I agree with what most people are saying: why now? Why are we getting THIS now when Bree's parents are possibly missing and Daniel and her have been MIA themselves for a few days?
On the other hand, if you watch this video out of the context of the current situation, it's really not that bad. A bit like some of Bree's older, "lighter" stuff.
Maybe they're just expanding the potential storylines? Not that Gemma is going to have her own spin-off, but maybe... more like a soap opera. How you get "updates" on different character storylines over time.

Maybe you should calm down. You seem pretty worked up yourself.
Furthermore, people are allowed to state their opinions on the videos. I'm pretty sure that's why this forum exists.
edit- and this being "free" doesn't mean we should be any less invested in it's entertainment value as fans. It is still
entertainment isn't it? We are still fans..and knowing that the creators may be taking suggestions from this forum, why can't they take a hint when things start to suck? Why is only acceptable to take suggestions like "Do another Proving Science Wrong" or " I <3 Owen. More Owen"?

well, the creators DID take it upon themselves to entertain us, so they should know that we're gonna get demanding. it's human nature to want more of something.

I am, actually, pretty calm. I use caps for emphasis. Frankly, now that I've said this, I'm probably just going to go back to my state of not posting and laughing at the people who actually care enough to go "OMFG TEH CREATORS SUCK!!!!!!!!!!" every time they don't like what happened.
It's not that I care about people stating their opinions, it's just obnoxious that people actually complain about their needs not being catered to.
Edit: Do you really think it's a "suggestion" to go "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG?" Do I need to post links to how to give constructive criticism?

Two children were once invited to tea at the house of a family friend. Though neither had just had his birthday, nor celebrated any accomplishment, their host provided cake for both of them.
When he had finished his slice, the first child said, "That was delicious; is there any more?"
The second, however, said simply, "Give me another piece. With ice cream."
I will leave you to surmise, gentle reader, which of these children was more likely to receive another invitation.

I find you to be obnoxious. Please do go back to your "state" of not posting...seeing as you're obviously so much better than those of us who "care enough" to post.

I could not care less what someone on the Internet finds me to be. You have quite a talent for twisting my words to say something I didn't; have you considered a career in politics?

We are not children and this is not cake.
P.S. What would you do, only give one kid the cake and tell the other kid that he's an ungrateful bastard from hell?

Maybe we are supposed to decipher the message hidden in the trail of crumbs. If someone takes screen shots and connects the dots made by the crumbs and then figures out what language the alphabet is, then maybe it's something written in Sanskrit, like "Bree beware the Deacons"

You are amazing in that, in your infinite stupidity, you fail to see the point of that parable in the slightest.
Now that you've proven to be an idiot as well as obnoxious, I'm not going to post here anymore. I suppose that will make you happy. (:

I'm pretty sure it's equally plausible that no one cares what you do or do not find to be "obnoxious" as well. And you made your own implications saying that you laugh at the people who post here.

Yes, I've most definately proven here that I am infinitely stupid. Your "parable" was amazingly articulate and insightful.
