If Bree's nickname was Gabby, we would know it was short for Gabriella... But with Bree, there's a lot of options
Definately, thats why I'm trying to explain the SUGGESTION of the name "gabrielle" being her real name, is just a theory. Nothing more. We don't know anything for certain.
I know, we don't even have any clues to point us to the direction of her real name.
I think Gabriella is the best suggestion though. Simply because og the 'BREE'-in the middle and the bibical refrences.

Well you are still arguing the biblical angle, which I have totally debunked. And no where is there an reference to Bree being a nickname for Gabriella
As for it being a nickname for Breanna or Sabrina:
http://www.thinkbabynames.com/meaning/0/Bree
femaleBree - Name Meaning and Origin
The girl's name Bree \b-ree\ is pronounced bree. It is of Irish and Gaelic origin. Anglicized form of the Irish Gaelic name BrĂghe, a variant of Brighid (see Bridget). Also possibly (Latin) "from the boundary line". May also be used as a short form of Brianna and Sabrina. Jane Fonda played a call girl character named Bree in the 1971 movie "Klute".
Bree has 1 variant form: Breehan.

I know you feel as if you've totally debunked this, but, fwiw, somewhere back a few eons ago, I went to school with a "Bree" who, oddly enough, was actually named Gabriella... She couldn't stand "Gabby as a nickname.
As far as the Biblical angle goes, this was at a Catholic school, and her folks were very
religious. In those days, kids got religious names. Bree was named after the Angel Gabriel...
It's always a good idea to remember that, even when one is at their most positive about something, there's always that possibility working away in the background that there might just be something out there to prove them wrong.
I know I trip over my own assumptions on a regular basis...
Edit: I figured I oughtta explain things out a little further... Making sense makes sense, ya know?

OMG!
According to
this website, the name Cassandra means "She who entangles men." I'm pretty sure if her real name was Cassie, that her birth name would've been Cassandra, right?
Now the obvious question...
Does Bree entangle men? XD

Maybe her name is just Bree. I've known a few girls whose names were actually just Bree and it wasn't short for anything.

I'm not sure why everyone is insisting on Gabriella when it could also just be Gabrielle. I don't know anyone named Gabriella, but I'm close friends with one Gabrielle (nickname-Gabby) and I know of a few others.
That's even closer to Gabriel, which is Biblical if you're going for that angle. (And btw, Misty, you haven't debunked anything.)
