Nikki is not "canon" in the sense that she's not 'in the story'. She's more like a 'video footnote' (no offense Nikki ) - adding clarification to the story or pointing out elements we may have missed. Sometimes it's just fun stuff. Other times it's directly related - like her last video or the introduction of the Watcher Eye.

maybe so, trainer, but nikki's video yesterday was actually LETTERBOXED! Considering some of the editing we've seen before on her vids (not that i minded), this seemed like the potential of the nikki channel was really being used this time.

Ugh, no offense to Nikki. I really enjoyed her videos at first, but they've gotten really bad to the point where I can't sit through the entire thing. I had stopped watching. Guess I will have to go watch this one.

I hope that Nikki's video is not going to be the only closure we have on this subject. The characters might be Glenn's creation, but they played a part in the main storyline. I believe the Creators should have some sort of farewell for them, besides a mention in a non-cannon video series that not everyone watches.

What about all the fans that don't have any idea who Nikki Bower is? Are they all to be left hanging and wondering?

Notice the placement of LG15 between "no more" and "videos." (or had the TFW/maddyadkins arg got me reading too much into everything? )

I wonder if there's going to be some sort of comment from Tach/Bro/Op on the subject of them being "missing". Considering that the "creators" apparently have no control over the characters (and rightfully so), who are they to say what's going on?

I understand they want to provide some sort of punctuation on the end of the ARG sentence for the regular LG15 folks, but that awkward NikkiB video isn't going to cut it for the rest of us. "Umm, they're missing!!" isn't a noble way to end what has been a signifigant part of the player's lives for the last 6 months.
