I honestly thought that Daniel was faking the whole drunk thing. It felt way to fake. I think he is still working for the order and he is trying to make it seem like he isn't on top of things and such. Which was why he was able to get Jonas drunk and thus weaken him.
I honestly think he turned to the order because he was jealous of Jonas getting close to Bree and when he was kidnapped they were able to make him believe that the ceremony wouldn't hurt Bree and it would get rid of Jonas.

But what if the Order needed Jonas? I'm one of those weirdos who believe that Jonas and Bree are related, what if DB got instructions not to harm Jonas because he was needed?
