The circled part on the right says:
Girl(s)?
Blood
Something in it?

I don't see either "Girls" or "Blood." The word beginning with "B" looks more like "Blessed" to me.
Time for somebody with mad Photoshop skills to get working on the cap.

I think the something you can't read says Cassandra, Alexandra, Etc.
But other than that, good reading

It might be blessed. It's hard to tell. BUT i noticed something in front of it. It's the three dots in the shape of a triangle that mean therefore.
SO maybe they are girls and therefore blessed?
Maybe?
Edit: nvm. The zoomed cap blew that theory away.

But
over in Plot Discussion Sami and others have identified the word at the top right of the board as "Crowley." Good catch, y'all.
