Not quite. Last two days were really bad, so I'd say it's gone back to how it felt just before then. i.e. just a constant dull ache. Only managed a couple of pizza slices today as hurts to eat!!

That is such a horrible feeling when that happens!! Just feels like your head is on fire and horribly numb!! Best avoided....
