Well, if you want to get down and dirty, according to the pic...if you squint(top right group):
http://img473.imageshack.us/my.php?imag ... ed4gd6.jpg
First line appears right (I can see 'inside')
Second line appears off (It looks like 'she' is the starting word, or 'the', making it right, I suppose, I'm unsure)
Third line appears right (I can make out a 'the' and the first half of 'picture')
Fourth line appears off (Looks like two letters start the sentence...To?)
Fifth line appears right (I can clearly see 'the' start this sentence)
Sixth line appears right ('Still' looks like the opening word)

The garden where the killer wined
Still holds the cup for you to find
I think thats significant. To me that sounds like she had a cup somewhere[dead drop] in a park/cemetary somewhere.
No?

No?
This could be interpreted as the cup being the body of the killer's victim (ie Cassie) which is still somewhere in the park.
Or perhaps the cup simply means the prize.

i think the cup is more literal... inside it might contain a bible page.

ok... about those two lines that we're unsure of. I fiddled with it more (WRACKED MY BRAIN) and I know nothing I've posted has had any substance to anyone... but... this kindof goes with the garden theme.
Inplace of
3. The picture has not yet commenced
4. i tossed a corpse in soil fenced (or some variant thereof)
I came up with this:
3. They pictured me no mascot thence
4. In a pot is cord, soil, seeds, fence
what do you guys think? Or, am I imputting more nonscence? In my head the 4 makes perfect sence, because... well... in a comunity garden, they'd have a fence to keep people (and animals) out as well as cord (rope?) to designate what is planted where.

man, it's all seeming like nonsense.
but I really like my latest one cuz it tells us what to do with the right hand side of the picture.
what that means though, i'm not sure

you're probably right
from looking at the picture, it does start with 'To', followed by a longer word

This brakes the rules, as do "i tossed a corpse in soil fenced";
As it is written: "this is end | this is beginning".
CEDE IF NIL NOS A | CEDE RIPOSTS SO
The "A" is in "end", not "beginning".
EDIT: Probably completely lost here, cut some corners, sorry

but I dont think the line breaks were in the clue, so you can just move it across to between 'NOS' and 'A', so the 'A' is in the beginning
