The first picture is from the table before Daniel's camera goes to the computer screen. I see what looks like the same bald guy from ceremony video.

He's in the background looking straight ahead. He looks bald with sunglasses. I can't tell who/what the main part of the picture is.

How freaky would it be if the first pic was Daniel with baldy in the background! All framed and set on a table for him to find......that would definitely scare me!

Okay so I know I am not a regular here and I haven't been here from the beginning. I know that I don't hang out in the "get to know you" threads and that I haven't proved to be a valuable provider of info (I catch info after most of you eagle eyed people do...so yeah, I am a little slow...or rather I have two kids and so busy that I can't watch vlogs over and over, download them into my computer and zoom up on stuff etc...). My point is, even though I am not all buddy buddy with everyone and I don't have any new info or super interesting theories doesn't mean you people have to ignore me completely.
I asked a question like twenty pages ago and as far as I can tell, it was never answered. I am sure it was stupid sounding to you lg15 addicts but I really want to know if you people think that the time/date stamp on the computer was a blooper or if it was done intentionally. It seems intentionally to me but I can't say for sure...and if it was done intentionally, what does that mean? We know that they have a different calendar but would lucy use this other calendar on her computer? Is that even possible? If she is using another calendar would their calendar be only a few days off? Do these people not believe in leap year or something?
Anyway, I would appreciate some sort of answer please (with sugar on top). I really want to know more about what you all think is going on and I really try to read everything but I don't have all sorts of time now that I have kids. Some days I get up in the morning and there are a ton of posts from the night before and I only have so much time to screw around on the computer (otherwise the house would be a sty since my girls make messes all day long).
Anyway, thanks in advanced for any info I get.

...watch out for Friar Tuck, he kind of JUMPS out at you.
I personally think it was a mess up on the part of the creators...but, with this series, it's hard to tell. I think they probably filmed a few videos on that day and didn't think about the computer date. That's me, though. I thought some people were talking about this, somewhere, yesterday, but can't remember where. I wasn't ignoring you, Penny, I just don't check back really far very often.

Hi Penny. Your question was answered like 20 times. A rapid look at the forum indicates most people (or at least the most reasonable ones ) think this is just a blooper. Personally I don't see how the date would be relevant, since it messes up all the chronology of the events. In Layman's terms: it doesn't make any sense.Penny wrote: I asked a question like twenty pages ago and .....
I agree...just a mess up. The computer also had one of the creator's name on it. I don't think they probably realized just how much these videos are getting picked apart. Hopefully they have seen just how good some of the participants really are at spotting these things, and will be a little more careful in the future with the small details.

I'm still not ENTIRELY convinced we can rule out the computer date as a blooper. If we are meant to be analyzing the maps on that screen in great detail, that means they needed to check this video pretty carefully to ensure it showed all the detail we needed to see, before they encoded and posted it. I'd be willing to bet they had to film that scene a number of times to make sure each map was clearly visible. That being said, how could they NOT notice the date in the corner?
Of course, if the maps aren't really a clue, none of this is relevant. But then if the maps aren't really a clue, this whole video isn't very relevant, now is it. So I'm still on the fence here... Not that I have anything even remotely plausible to explain how it's NOT a mistake. Sure we have vague theories about the 10-day week thing, but I don't think Windows has a "Zodiac of Denderah" calendar setting...

I'd like an order of Denderah with a side of Hathor browns, please...
Hey there Penny,
I'm not a regular poster either, tho I've been around since before the phorum reform. I pretty much felt ignored too, especially after the spllintering. Anyhow.
I think your question was answered, although maybe not directly, and prolly spread over a few threads, hehe. I think the general consensus was that it was a blooper, and gave us an idea of video production time. Some ppl do think that it was intentional, however, so you are of course free to fit it into a theory if you can! Personally, I think it was simply an error.
As for the calendar...well, if I remember right, you can set MS Outlook products to run on different calendars, like a Nepalese calendar or somesuch, so it may be possible to do with Windows, too. But I haven't ever seen it done that I recall, and I feel that the overall probablility that Lucy runs on a separate calandar that's a couple of days behind ours, is low. But, the whole purpose of LG (as it seems to me - at least for now) is to leave many things very open-ended, allowing us to each experience the Breeniverse in our own way, by our own interpretation. So, if you like that idea, run with it, I think.

Awww, Penny, we value your opinion! Sorry if we ignored it. I'm sure we just got on another tangent and kept going. *hugs* Plus this question keeps getting asked, and it makes it easier to move on to more novel things.Penny wrote:Okay so I know I am not a regular here and I haven't been here from the beginning. I think that it was accidental, or at least we were supposed to think it was accidental (so that we would think they made the show before all the discontent.) I just don't think that Lucy would change her computer clock, if she had the folder marked 10-12-06. If she were going to change her computer clock to reflect her different (?) calendar, why would she allow the folder to be named according to the traditional system?
