Please promote me to "user." Having done some volunteer work here, I feel I deserve this promotion.

I am also locking this topic as my last mod action. Doubtlessly, someone who is a part of the "Galien" conspiracy will unlock it anonymously.

What's all this about resignations and topic locking? I don't see anything new or unusually obnoxious in here....could soemone please brief me?

and Apo...it is certainly NOT a promotion to "user" but it is definately a promotion to NON-Moderator!

I caught your reason for resigning in the more intellectual corner of the LG15 Universe and as I stated there. It is probably the BEST reson for resigning a position I have ever heard.

Again, what is all this nonsense about locking this thread? I don't get it? Is it a political statement of some kind?

The thread lock was a clever test. One of "them" is obviously in a postition to unlock the topic. No telling who yet, but at last there is some concrete evidence.

I didn't come hastily to that conclusion myself; it took me laborious hours of serious research to reach it. Thankfully, I was not alone.

The issue is a slippery one, difficult to take hold of. gogo's return would probably provide a climactic resolution, but she is far away by now. There is no end in sight.

Ladies and gentlemen, Gayliens and Straightliens I sense a "sea change" in the cosmos (is that a mixed metaphore? What IS a mixed meta for anyway?)

OMG I actually read this thread Sunday night. Took me over 4 hours. (Yeah, I had nothing better to do. I was at my Dad's house and it was like midnight to 4:20ish.) This whole thread is just a joke, right? It's just to see who can write up the most silliest things, in the silliest ways, right? And it was locked when I read it.

now that CAN NOT be a very nice thing to say my friend. AL ot of people put quite a bit of their own personal resources into researching and studying the issues discussed here.

Perhaps you have a theory of your own now that you have studied the writings found here.

Oops. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. I'm sorry. I thought it was really a joke. I didn't know people were looking up stuff and doing research about this stuff. It's not real, so I didn't know that stuff was out there to research. But I do think you're all very good writers and have excellent command of the English language. Good job.
