It was ages before I realized a book even existed (even if it's only the "good parts version"--lol)...personally, I like all the most beautiful women at the beginning...that French maid, wasn't it?

Oooh, definitely read GWTW...there are bits that put the film to shame...but I should admit, you'll never see Rhett as looking like anyone but Clark Gable.

I will admit that I was supremely confused at first by the "good parts version." I was like "Damn! I want the whole thing!" But then he'd go through and there'd be 59 pages of history of bedmaking in Florin that he left out...and I was suspiciously okay with that.

Yeah I set extremely high standards for myself.

And when I set my mind to something... by golly I do it!

lol... these were my fave books growing up, so they bring back those good memories of childhood with no worries.....

I love so many books but it's a hard one to choose one. I don't think I have enjoyed any book enough to memorize the whole thing, it'd have to be postman pat or spot the dog.

But being a little more serious - Fear and loathing in las vegas, Hunter S. Thompson

my favourite book of all time is the internet, but that would be one hardcore book to remember
