[Puzzle] Interpretation of "Where"

This is correct:fyodorfan wrote:Codes to serapis = so Cassie posted
in soil fenced = in second life
in soil fenced = in second life
However:
Codes to serapis = OR cassie posted
Which could actually be right if the WHERE coresponds to the blog spot - Ummm.
Still I'm hopeful there might be a place?
I'm doubtful about the ROSE for Rose Hill Memorial being in the actual poem though. The answer should come from the double anagram which isn't in plain view.
If you're going to concoct such a screwy anagram, to encode ???? ROSE | HILL MEMORIAL GO I'd do something like SO SACRED POET IS | ALL HIM GLOOMIER or some such?
Edit:
Here's an example of how I would have done it
Main poem:
SO SACRED POET IS | ALL HIM GLOOMIER
Then double decoded anagrams are:
SO SACRED POET IS -> CODES TO SERAPIS -> CASSIE TOP'D ROSE
ALL HIM GLOOMIER -> HILL MEMORIAL GO!

So, using the same kind of logic:
SO DEPICTS A ROSE | IN SOIL FENCED
=
CODES TO SERAPIS | IN SOIL FENCED
CODES TO SERAPIS IN SOIL FENCED
= SO CASSIE POSTED IN SECOND LIFE
Edit: Oops. Should be OR CASSIE POSTED IN SECOND LIFE
Maybe?

It was seeing "OR CASSIE POSTED IN SECOND LIFE" that got me to post. I don't know if you've heard of second life but it's an mmorpg that's free to join, and people design their own clothes/buildings/objects (anything really), so I thought I'd have a look for clues from Cassie 'in world'.
She seems to be very adept at using certain areas of the internet (youtube, blogs (possibly via Frank)) so I don't think this would be an unreasonable place to look for clues!
Unfortunately, Second Life is huge, I don't know what I'm looking for, and I hardly have the fastest connection in the world!
I'll do my best, hope you guys don't think it's too stupid an idea (it wouldn't matter, I was going to play it anyway!)

OK
What we have so far:
Original solution:
SO DEPICTS A ROSE | IN SOIL FENCED
CODES TO SERAPIS | IN SOIL FENCED
Second hidden anagram (real meaning):
OR CASSIE POSTED | IN SECOND LIFE - Good fit with the Frank blog
AS CORPSES DIE TO | LIES CONFINED - Good fit with cemetery, but doesn't tell us where
Suggestions for SO DEPICTS A ROSE / CODES TO SERAPIS:
SOD TIES A CORPSE | ?
I TOSSED A CORPSE | ?
Suggestions for IN SOIL FENCED:
? | CONFINE SLIDE
? | INCLOSE FIEND
? | CONFIDE IN LES
? | CONNIE FIELDS
? | IS IN OLD FENCE
? | FIND ONE SLICE
