I'll let you know what she says.

Information is usually not bogarted like that in an ARG. It's not a competition. The only way most of the puzzles get solved is thorugh the Hivemind of the community.

I'll get back as soon as I can.

I sent a message too. I actually wrote asking when it would be okay to discuss (not "if").

I suspect that it might be a temp thing if only because some interaction might be in the cards and those slots are for the early puzzle solvers?

If they are not apt with skills pertaining to the A in APHID, what possible assistance could they be? It is perfectly fine to help steer someone toward the right path. But to earn our respect, they must complete the journey on their own.

Of couse, you are also welcome to share with them what you now believe the A in APHID to stand for...
This was OpAphid's reply. It seems like it is a rite of passage.

That's bunk though. We solved it as a community, so we should share in it. We don't need more fragmenting or people hoarding information.

I won't tell you outright unless you PM me...just in case you wish to earn their respect.

My hint is pay attention to the Purity of the Order...it's right in front of the Face.

I doubt it. Look at it this way: "Were it not for the forum, there would be no discourse amongst the people. Were it not for this discourse, there would be no clear vision." :-)

Sharing ideas here helps us all, and I'm sure that will continue after this period of secrecy.

Anyone wanna take bets on how long the period lasts?

The great part about it is, you can keep it a secret of break it based on which side you choose!

Personally I enjoyed the result a lot more doing the minor completion aspect rather than having it done for me.

But of course private messages are gonna happen.

Although, what if you send that info to someone who chose a different side?

gasp!

We do not act unless first provoked, but heed this warning.

Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.

And as such, you shall face our wrath.

We conduct ourselves by this philosophy.

Which side are you on?

So, finding the answer is part of "proving yourself worthy"?

Then I think it's time to choose a side...

Consider me "FAIR GAME".

Bring it on...

At death a soul would have 42 judges and the soul would turn to each, call out their name and declare a particular innocence

In vid oder we have declarations 21, 38, 14, (28 or 29?), and 39.

I have not judged hastily, nor have I judged harshly
I have not acted guilefully nor have I acted in insolence
I have accused no man falsely, nor have I supported any false accusation
(number 4 below)
I have not been overly proud, nor have I behaved myself with arrogance

4 is judeo-christian but somewhat corresponds with either
I have not cursed nor despised God, nor have I done that which God does abominate
OR
I have not vexed or angered God

However, if these numbers later mean something I'd think we'd sub in the number 3.
looks like there may be a connection. i think it was in this order

I feel so left out! I even helped find the link that showed us that those symbols were fractions, and now I have no clue what to do!

Okay. Enough whining. I'll keep trying.

Okay, I've figured out the significance of the egyptian statements, but I feel as though I haven't completely figured out the puzzle.

Does my timing have to be right? I only get a cryptic response. Does Opaphid have to be there? What else am I missing?

Ah yes, I forgot to edit that the wiki has 28 as I have not taken god's name in vain so that is certainly comandment 28.
