Sorry I can't figure out how to post the screen shot of this, but here's what I got today:

Just got this, no idea what to make of it.
I believe the book may have been her narrow interpetation of things. And since the book should not be written in, or kept, per Crowley's instruction, the noted pages make sense.
It certainly is ONE interpetation of Crowley's text, I suppose.
As for the video...

One of the prevailing theories is that the list of numbers on the bookmark somehow codes to GPS coordinates. Personally, I don't think this is worth pursuing. I think they were notations Tachyon was taking about passages in the Book of Law, which perhaps have to do with an upcoming ceremony involving Bree, the subject of the video. Do you have an opinion?

Message from OpA
I do believe the book was her narrow interpetation of Crowley's writings and trying to put them in some sort of context via her notes. Her viewpoints are certainly is one way to interpet it.
But please, most importantly, I ask that you ignore the video name. I am sure that it is of no importance regarding the message Tachyon wanted passed along. The message she wished to send was most likely the post card. I mean, people use post cards all of the time to send messages. Right? Exactly.
Thank you for your continued hard work, and again--don't waste your time trying to read anything into the file name regarding the message or its recipient. What could that possibly do with anything? And besides, if he hasn't figured it out by now, well...why tip him off?

I have tried matching lines and words, lines and letters, converting the number on the postcard to letters, GPS coordinates, and ascii code. Other have attempted to correlate lines in the Book of Law.

Resistance is useless.
