With all the 'news' lately surrounding Tom Cruise, he's the first that came to mind. L. Ron being L. Ron Hubbard, of Scientology fame. As to what view Op shared I am not up on the news enough to know.
pretty sure its aleister crowley.
I believe Crowley died in like, the 40's. I doubt Op was even alive then, let alone old enough to share her view with him.
Also, wasn't it the other way around, and L. Ron was a follower of Crowley's teachings?

Just because you share the same views with someone doesn't mean you have to be alive at he same time. It just means you guys believe in the same stuff, eh?

This is true, I was taking it that she literally shared her view with him. As in, told him about it. But I still don't think its Crowley, I think it's Cruise. Like I said, I don't think Crowley was a follower of L. Ron, I think it was the other way around.

You seriously think its Tom Cruise? That crossed my mind but I dismissed it as 'silly'.

L. Ron Hubbard and Crowley were contemporaries, and may have learned from one another. However, Crowley was quite adament in his belief that L. Ron Hubbard was a quack and an idiot.
