long shot here, but... if the number 30 is on the swan, perhaps the two other numbers are elsewhere? The pool tables are an obvious guess... or maybe I'm just sleep-deprived....

23,6, 7. and 8 are the numbers in the vid - I'm thinking the simplest explanations here:

23 13 8 (added middle 2)

5 6 7 (added 23)

or something to that effect...at least I can hopefully spark a thought

11 2 30

Near the end when the pins are going down:

strike = 10

2 down + gutter ball = 20

2 down = 2

maybe 30 (from the swan), then 11 - 2 or 1 - 12 (her score)

What about today's date as a combo? It's a longshot, but

12/3/6 ?

numbers on the lock?

Is there any way that Lad can let us know what kind of combo lock it is? In particular, how high do the numbers go?
If we knew the parameters,we might be able to give more educated suggestions.

Lad says that they are standard combo locks, 3 digit. The locks go up to 45.

The locks on the lockers are a 3 digit combination wheel lock whose numbers go up to 45...so, like the locks you all had on your lockers in high school.

I was thinking that the line "outsider's perspective looking inward on things" from the description could be referring to the origami swan, and the number 30 inside. Therefore, I believe it is highly probable that 30 is part of the combo.
