I'm still a bit in the dark about the specific times, so if anyone can fill me in on what I need to be listening for, that would be beyond groovy.
From what I understand, I have to first decide which movie it matches, then figure out the specific time?
Have in mind the list of quotes Tach posted on her profile (on
shifty's post here) and search for one that adjusts to the clip you're listening.
Got it, Max. And that's where the time comes from...when I hear them talk about subject that corosponds w/ the clue, I note the time?
Alrighty...
First off...Gary Busey is certifiable. Nuts. The boy's gone 'round the bend.
Secondly... #9 (y7jb2g - july 2005) matches with q.
Hand to god, the clue refers to "Tickle & Pee".
46:00 ~ Gary Busey first mentions a "party game" called Tickle & Pee.
46:18 ~ Gary describes the game ("tickler" tickles "ticklee" for 45 mins. If "ticklee" doesn't pee, s/he wins a set of luggage and a chocolate bunny...as soon as I wake up, this is going to seem extremely wierd.)
46:49 ~ "Buseyism" - GAY = "Good as you".
1:23:53 ~ Tickle & Pee comes up again.
At 4:00am, this is the kind of stuff that can really make you question reality....
eta ~ The "Q" clue is :
Sounds like a great party game, especially since I'm not ticklish. Good as you, indeed.

alright so i have number 8
i believe its quote m
m: Oh, so you're not tilting at windmills? It must be after that’s clarified, and fresh ideas are brainstormed…follow along…the right time is clear when a break is finally needed due to the lack of even being able to finish a sentence.
heres the jist of it
caller: i bleed during intercourse but only with this particular partner, and hes the smallest ive ever slept with
hosts: they throw ideas around about her mind manufacturing ideas of her bleeding during sex which in turn causes her body to actually bleed
they throw ideas around about minds trying to look for patterns
and something about how people with multiple personalitie disorders can flip their body chemistry to make themselves basically sometihng theyre not. example switching from drunk to sober with a personality flop, leaving no evidence of alcohal unexplicably
the guest then talks about chief yentil bearer...laughs uncontrollably and then a cut to break
so ive got brainstorming laughter and a break...would the caller be tilting at windmills?
call starts at 1:18:30

My clip was F:
http://tinyurl.com/vomya - loveline 8/4/03
The clue it references is T, and it occurs at 29:30.
t: After you take a minute or so to recover from the shock (and realize that this isn't bogus), recognize the point that is quite profound, because this simple logic is accurate more often than not. Actions are defining. Action means everything.
It's referencing a 16 year old girl who is sleeping a 25 year man with a girlfriend who tells her that he loves her. They tell her that he's a criminal and a liar, and she comes back with saying that he really does love her, even though it makes her sound naive. They tell her it's not naive, but ridiculous. THEN she says that statutory rape is dumb! And should be evaluated on a case to case basis. They start teasing her about it. (note: they mention a hand puppet at 30:45ish, hah)
They then try to use an logical approach about how when she's 25, the idea of a peer sexing a 16 year old will be disgusting. They tell her that it was silly that she even asked if pursuing the relationship was a good idea. She now tells them that his girlfriend is pregnant. They ask her about her relationship with her father, she denies any issues. She says that this guy is one of many that she's slept with and this is the only one who sex has been good with.
They use a logical approach again, saying that he's 25, and got a girlfriend. What the hell are you doing, lady? They ask what he does for a living, she says he's in construction and they laugh at that. They ask what he wants to do about this, she says he's in a bad situation. They tell her to stop having sex with him, she says that if she says no, he gets upset. She says he sometimes yells when she denies sex. Then they wise up and start saying that maybe this is a bogus call, because it sounds like too much to be possible. The hosts get in an argument about whether or not it's a fake call.
Then they get back to asking her questions, state a few times that it can't be a fake call.
They ask her what her plan is, and tells her that they've given what advice they can. She says she knew what they would say about the problem.
Then the host talks about how they don't know the people that call the show, and only know about what actions they take, and hell, you define people by their actions. And if you're doing something that is bad, that makes you a bad person.
The call ends at about 35:10.
Edit: I just re-read the clue and tachy says to "recognize the point that is quite profound" which I believe is the statement that people are defined by their actions and that begins at 34:11.
(That was a really damn long post. Geez.)

Well, I'm butting heads with mourningbelle.
C: uut4r - loveline 9/22/05
appears to correspond to:
t: After you take a minute or so to recover from the shock (and realize that this isn't bogus), recognize the point that is quite profound, because this simple logic is accurate more often than not. Actions are defining. Action means everything.
It occurs 61 minutes into the show. Bogus caller who claims to work for UPS. It then branches into a discussion about the differences between UPS and the Postal Service, claiming that because the UPS guys get paid by the parcel, they hustle more: whereas, the Postal Service guys get paid the same no matter what they deliver.
Closest thing to one of the clues that I can find in my clip.
Edit: I think mourningbelle is actually right! I found a reference to:
r: Hearing it described this way, at least it's obvious at this point that I've got other options if this gig doesn't work out. I'm well suited for it, but not so sure I'd dig the dress code.
so I posted it later in the thread.

I took over Max's so he could get some sleep (hahaha, thanks Max, you owe me one!) I'm glad I'm a bit tipsy so I can type this out without blushing, hahaha.
My quote was "z: Forget everything that leads up to wondering where you are, the point of this minute is to prepare yourself for what follows. After that, we can all be enlightened by one man's inquiries toward the "fountain" of knowledge. And should you ever need an attorney..."
And I found it on Tiny Url Clip, #1,
www.tinyurl.com/yybkxn at 1:19:00 (my birthday is the 19th, haha) amd ends at 1:21:45.
And it was about...umm...
female ejaculation, due to the subject, you have to highlight to read it *grin* (yep, that's how bad it is!).
Caller: Alright, now my question is about female ejaculation, you know in porno movies, when homeboy is piping her down and she comes like all over the place, the whole water pipe bursting scene, like in Ultimate Squirter Machine Three....
Adam: You mean like Super Soaker 9 and Cruise Hydrant 4?..
Caller: Yeah, now my question is, if it's real, how can I get my wife to do that?
Drew: Not all women have that talent, Michael.
Caller: Son of a bitch...
Drew:...does she know you want to extract this from her?
Caller: Well, she's a freak...I saw this website once that had instruction that said, you know "put your finger in here and massage this G-spot..and if she's on her back...you put your finger in with your palm facing upward and you go back inside the vagina, reach up and come back, there's a rough ridge there"
Adam: That's the same place I had the kill switch in my truck..Micheal what do you for a living?
Caller: ...I want to go to Law school...finish school, pass my LSTAT and apply to law school.
Adam: Even if your the best attorney...you can't coax a liquid confession from her....
The end
LMAO. NO, I'm not answering any personal questions in regards to this post! Thank God, I had wine before solving this puzzle...that's all I have to say.

I know that Loveline is a regular FM radio show and all, heard nationwide...
But before we get a moderator in here, maybe the original posters can use make the font color white on their posts with any of the more explicit quotes (with a warning above that section so it has to be highlighted to read)?
Might be a good way to self censor just in case.

I think my clue fits better than yours, ApotheosisAZ.. They actually say at one point that actions define who you are, etc etc etc. I've listened to that loveline episode twice and there's nothing else there.

IDK I agree with APO the clue that he shot out seems to fit....: After you take a minute or so to recover from the shock (and realize that this isn't bogus), recognize the point that is quite profound, because this simple logic is accurate more often than not. Actions are defining. Action means everything.
EDIT: DARN YOU WINDSONG lol j/k
ok well I am gonna hve to bow out my cowworkers have arrived and they would find that ...well offensive to say the least

From what both belle and apo posted, it looks like belle's clues are more documented in what was actually said. The hosts wonder if the caller is fake (Realize this isn't bogus) and specifically mention actions defining you. I think we may have to take another look at Apo's.
Edit:
Lol, sorry Stuart!
Alright, I've been playing C in the background while I work on some stuff, and i know I heard the word gig, so it could be r. I would look up a time, but I cant download the clip onto my computer so i cant see the time anyway. If I hear any other possibilities I will add them.

Give me an hour .... I gotta go to work.
If by then one of the other Op's isn't on the job, I'll start compiling a summary. Just stick tight until then ..... This caught us all off guard (again).
