Who Drew The Heart and Why?

Okay, you know, it's okay to speculate on a character's sexuality, because they are just a character.

I don't think it's our place to speculate about the actor's sexuality, especially when all he's done is doodle a heart on a window while filming a scene.

I'd much rather see him doodle a heart that some obscene whatever that a "manly man" (ie obnoxious twit) might.
