I would have to say that any posters that are on the windows probably pertain to band and promo nights that they are having. That's how they do it here...

To me, the fact that the "Post No Bills" is part of the answer means that the next clue will be displayed out in the open. It will be a poster that needs a second look...

this poster was on a comment on the Hurricane's myspace page. Might not be anything, but it was posted on April 11th:

the "just Bills" caught my eye. Is that the name of the band??

Well I don't have to leave for approximately 45 minutes. Of course I'll check back here for any new findings before I leave. I have a shortened schedule today due to looming finals so I should be around the Hurricane 1 CST or a little before. You all should know if I found something before 2 pm. If I do in fact find the drop, I'll notify you all as soon as I can - before or after dropping off the disposable camera.

That's great news FP!
As an aside; I see some folks have been checking out the MySpace page for The Hurricane. It might be a good idea to go over it with a "fine tooth comb" since the comment section is being used to post "mini-bills" (band posters). I'm merely speculating, but there may (or may not) be a clue there.
