Oh my god, I'm scared now! I just saw that new video, and the car that the dude was in front of is the same car my mom (and multiple other people in my complex) drive.
I'm surrounded by watchers!!!

If you are surrounded by watchers you'll know it because they'd all be wearing sunglasses.
That said, it follows in my own special logic that every person you see on the street, in stores, restaurants, etc are in fact watchers.
