Ok, I was gone for 4 hours and only 2 new pages? Come on, people!
Jess, I just about fell off of my chair when I saw that Fear poster! Are you friends with Jonas on MySpace? If so, you should post it as a comment.
Muahahahaha!
I just ate a HUGE roasted eggplant sandwich....oog, now I want to barf! At least eggplant is purple!

ok i'm back from dinner, and the pain is even worst, i almost cant move
i'm not one that screams from pain (i had this huge cut on my leg and i didnt cry, scream, etc) but this thing hurts like hell and it comes so quick that is an immediate reaction :S

Do you have any muscle relaxers, anything like Icy Hot, Ben Gay, anything? Have you taken aspirin or some type of pain reliever? Is there anyone who can run to the store and get this stuff for you?

i hit with my back against a wall, pretty fast though, i probably hit the muscle right in the middle so i screwed the muscle :s i hope that i'll be better tomorrow, but right now, it hurts everytime i move anything...i mean i can write on the computer, since i only move the hands and i dont move the upper arms...

Jo, I think you should take some pain killers, like gypsy said, and then have a hot soak or use a heating pad. Then go to bed!

i just took this medicine, some kind of anti-inflamatory related to the muscles or whatever, now i just have to wait and dont move much :\

OK so here's a random frustration...the gym I go to only offers regular (not power) yoga during the day while I'm at work but I would really like to go! I would try it at home, but I would like for someone to tell me what I'm doing right or wrong you know? AND I don't want to spend more $$ on going to a yoga/pilates only studio...

bah i'll stay here for like another hour, i have some things to do and if i dont move my back i'm kinda fine...the pain is actually in a muscle behind the scapula...it's not pretty xD
