Jess, I normally go to basics classes 3 times a week, vinyasa style. I would be moving up to the next level but I haven't been very consistent lately due to all the work I'm doing on my dissertation. If you can go to a class once a week so that someone tells you what you are doing right/wrong, you can pretty much practice at home all you want. Later I'll PM you some great yoga DVDs that I like.

hehe... tho I totally agree with that.. when one owns one's own business.. it makes it a bit difficult to procrastinate effectively... (you see, I have this evil troll part of me that will come haunt me if I've left things undone!)

That would be great! I think they added a beginners class on Sundays but I need to check into that...
