yeah it is, if a person has a lot of muscles, it's obviously heavy, but that doesnt mean that it's fat.

and is 5 feet and 9 inches tall has
a body mass index of 21.8,
which is at the 56th percentile,
and would indicate that your child is at a healthy weight. Keep in mind that it is still possible for a child to have an eating disorder even if they are at a healthy weight though.

A 16 year and 11 months old (female) child who is 110 pounds and is 5 feet and 9 inches tall has a body mass index of 16.3, which is below the 5th percentile, and would indicate that your child is underweight.
Your child's ideal body weight would be at a BMI at the 5th percentile or above, and so would be at least 116 pounds.
Oh, well that's not bad.
