I completely appoligise if it is the Answers but there are a few things that do not make sense if it is,
1) The vase/woman
2) Why was it scanned?
3) Why is there another column of apparently cut off text?

I don't think this image is likely to be useful: anyway the blue channel was complete crap, the red channel had a huge amount of crap (i.e. someone said there was a 21: it was a scratch on the red channel) and a photoshopped and blurred circle on it, the remaining green channel was so poorly contrasted that i had to ultra-level it in photoshop to let something come out. The result is almost useless but seems better than what i've seen yet, i hope someone can find this useful, at least to doublecheck the anagrams once they're solved:

1) I don't know either, your guess is as good as mine... maybe the images are not connected though.
2) Why do you say it was scanned?
3) Because she hasn't released two of those poems yet (and we have still yet to solve "WHERE"), if we did clear up the image so it was of much use, it would be too easy.

Makes a lot of sense. I hope somone figures it out soon or we get another hint because out of all of the clues this is the one that has really caught my eye.

Kimberly, I can clearly see "tell me tell me tell" in the fist line of your image, which is the first part of the "who" solved poem.

That's what I was thinking, overlay the letters... see what matches up.

i tried that but it was difficult with the letterspacing of the fonts, and the 'jaggedness' (Sorry for the lack of better word, it's getting late) of the pictures text.
But i'm sure it would be possible if the person had more time.
