He bends over and picks something up twice in the video, and I agree, it also looks later on as if he's interacting with a child or another person in the background.
i dont know..on one hand he is very small and hard to distingish...on the other hand he is in that corner of the screen for a lot of the video so..its intresting
well, when gemma watches this one, she'll probably notice he has a watcher symbol on his hand again.

Glad to see a Daniel video. I've missed him. As others have said, he's very believable. Kudos to Yousef as always.
Also, it's good to see Daniel finally letting his frustrations show. He's been more patient than I would have been.
Kimmy wrote:This video clinches the problem for me. No wonder Bree isn't explaining herslef to Daniel. Of course, Daniel has been playing the responsible grown up in his mind for the entire adventure. No one likes having to always be "in charge" (unless they're power mad..."). But he's a hero in his own head. Bree is trying to cope in her own way, going to the chat room, looking at the survival book, making suggestions...Of course she wants to go to Jonas now. Daniel has been so grumpy, cross, mean and generally crabby and Jonas appears kind, amusing, and gentle (and I say that advisedly). Her charactor consistently exhibits those qualities. If she is only getting love from her stuffies, Jonas is going to be shining like a becon of hope. Daniel has got to grow up, stop expecting the stressful event to be easy for her and treat her the only way that will work-with kindness and unselfishness. Yeah, it's hard but it's what adults do. Then she might talk to him about the important stuff. No young woman is going to open up to a guy who is irritated all the time and obviously resents being with her because it's ruining his life. Not if she has any dignity.
Just my opinion from observing the kids around me, and my own...
Just to put things in the proper perspective, the "On the Run" video came out on November 7 (and that video was shot over the course of the 4th through the 7th if I recall correctly). This is November 30. For almost an entire month Daniel has been waiting for Bree to stop acting like a little kid. A person in their right mind would have acknowledged well before now that behavior like that isn't helping their situation.
Bree's not trying to cope. She's trying to regress and pretend everything's fine. Doing that isn't going to make everything fine no matter how long she tries it.
Also, regardless of how grumpy Daniel has been at times (which, in my opinion, was well justified on every occasion), Bree's not done a single thing to try to help. She won't even talk about her religion. Furthermore, she truly does owe Daniel. Whether she wants to be indebted to him or not, she is. Ethically, she owes him at least the consideration to tell him what she knows (everything she ever learned about her religion, everything that Lucy told her, anything that the Deacons may have said to her, etc.). With all the time they spent cooped up in motels while Bree played with stuffed animals, she's had enough time to relate every last memory of her life, must less everything she knows about Lucy and her psycho pals.

LMAO @ Gemma's CSI video enhancement.
I also think it's about time that Daniel got to say something from his point of view. It definitely must be difficult for him, but one thing has been bothering me. I don't know about anyone else, but if I'm upset and my best friend is anywhere near me, I'm going to get a hug and some comfort, I haven't been seeing that much from Daniel. I mean, it's not like they're having sex, but from what I know most friends have at least minimal physical contact with each other.
Personally, (I'll get flamed for this) I'd like to see what Gemma has to say, since she's so far away from it all, and she's also a girl like Bree. So she might be all "Bree go with Jonas, he's hot" but she might also try to give Daniel some insight into the religion and how he should approach Bree at this point.
In the end, no matter who Bree chooses, I'm sure Gemma will actually end up dating HER watcher, and we'll get plenty of videos about it.

Well, Daniel might be hesitant to make contact with her, or she might have expressed she doesn't want it. He does like her romantically, after all, and she -- so far -- hasn't returned the affinity. It might make one or both of them uncomfortable, especially given their close quarters living arrangements for the past several weeks.

Gemma's already told Bree not to trust Jonas. She told her the other day during the chat. Gemma isn't falling for his looks.

Not sure where that came from, but it was funny.

I'm caught between a rock and a hard place...I want Daniel to leave Bree (and those blasted stuffies!) because she is extremely annoying. But, I don't want him to not be a part of the show. Sheesh. LOL
I don't know how any level-headed person could possibly tolerate someone that age acting like Bree has.
Daniel makes the show for me. He is such an anchoring character!

Seriously, Daniel needs to drive Bree and her purple-conjoined-twin-that-never-fully-developed appendage off at Jonas' house. Don't even stop, just slow down, open the door, and shove her A** out.

when dan was not allowed to see bree he was more apart of the story than ever so I would not assume him leaving means he is out

Daniel Goes To College would be great......I just don't want him to be so darn EMO.
