Though I do agree that it seemed inconsistent with what we previously knew...
Yeah, didn't Bree say before that her friend "Cassie" was creeped out by her religion or something? I thought that was why they weren't friends anymore....not because of prank phone calls???

The number is 415-287-0211.

And it's an answering machine for Pal's Dry Cleaners. It's actually really weird. Dress shirts have an 8-9 day turnaround???? WTF?? The message says:
Hello, and thank you for calling Pal's Dry Cleaners. We are open seven days a week from 9am until 5pm. Our current specials are as follows: Dress Shirts...three for five dollars, with an eight to nine day turnaround time. We also offer rush service at a rate of of three shirts for twelve dollars. Please leave a message after the tone and we'll get back you as soon as possible. Thank you.

BTW, there is no Pal's Dry Cleaners in San Fransisco...

Hmm... didn't Bree say once that she couldn't remember what Cassie looked like when Daniel asked her who she was talking about? But, she remembers these prank calls Cassie used to make from her house?

Strange.

I find the lack of personal communication in that message a little suspicious

I know that if my parents suddenly went missing the first thing my dad would say would be something along the lines of "We love and miss you and hope you're safe..."

That message provides digits which you then "turn around" to get an actual phone number with a message from Bree's dad. The ARG players have been kind enough to upload the file:
