How or why did you become a Latin junkie?! I did Latin out of compulsion rather than free will, and managed to completely lose track of its benefit from a very early stage!!

I was a pretty precocious child, and my mom was an English professor. I started in learning Latin and Greek roots when I was really little, and I liked the idea of having a 'secret' language.

Now I write notes in a phonetic Koine Greek shorthand that I made up and collect Latin phrases like a magpie! (It might make me weird, but it helps out a lot in english classes.)

SA, I wondered why you added those extra letters to Sapre Aude. Now, I understand. I never took Latin. I've had 11 years of French, although you'd never know it!!!

Anyway, I'm having fun tonight.. but I do want to go play with my new vid camera.. VIDEOS!!
