The thing is, he told me all this after he signed the papers, because he knew I could talk him out of it.

My sis-in-law joined because the recruiter told her pretty stories. Oh, and he got her during her first year of college during exam week. She was stressed sure she was going to fail out, and enlisted. Turns out she passed all her exams with flying colors.
