According to the admin, J is a guy who does some behind-the-scenes web work with the Creators.

Well, following a link on that page, and after jumping through many hoops, you eventually get to subscribe to the "test" list, which is the only one currently available. If you do subscribe, I recommend you go to the options and make your email hidden, as any other subscriber would be able to see it.

So? Since there is no real HoO, this is obviously part of the ARG, and it's posted.

I think it's just a page for the mailing list administration and user settings. The admin part is locked up, but they're being pretty sloppy by leaving unintended stuff in the open. As I'm sure you know, it isn't the first time.
