Hymn of One, is it a song
They keep talking about learning to sing the Hymn of One and such, do we know if it's an actual song or an abstract idea?
It seems like the news regarding the importance of last week's singing the hymn of one seminar has also dried up a bit as of late, any ideas on that?
And this video turned up recently, purporting to be a singing of the actual Hymn of One learned by a friend of the characters, anyone know anything about that? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZ6kBdNegfs
Lots of questions, not so much answers though.

The way I understand it everyone has their own eternal song and when everyone together sings their song's together it creates a harmony which is one universal song or the Hymn of One.
It reminds me of the Force "It's an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us, penetrates us, and binds the galaxy together."
I wonder if there are Dark Songs and Light Songs....

And I wonder if Jess's is considered a dark or light song...immortal1 wrote:I wonder if there are Dark Songs and Light Songs....

If it's an actual song I hope it's this one (their friend Jess's)

Agreed.charliebrown wrote:Bree has been humming alot lately
The 'song' itself is probably going to be more of a hypnosis method or a giant metaphor for a personal 'meaning' within life than an actual read, melody. By humming, Bree is perhaps reminding herself of the basics of the Order? From anything from their underlaying meaning to their mind control techniques.

Yeah, I agree. I think the humming thing is like a meditation tactic, meant to put you in touch with your personal Hymn.

You know, I think Jess is my favorite series character to come along in a long time.
