Found this link in the wiki....
http://www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D%27Agapeyeff_cipher
Don't know why the link isn't working right, but the gist i get of it is that we are not going to crack this code, maybe this is what was meant by he has a great sense of humor?
Edit: Fixed link thanks deagol

Ah great. I spent 2 hours putting those digits in pairs and seeing a frequency distribution similar to english.cainam wrote:Found this link in the wiki....

To fix the link substitute the apostrophe with %27 as I did above.

In the video, see:
Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco
PC motherboard, sticker "Made In China"
("that computer had as much memory of it's past as I do")
"back to the city"
bus stop, PCL truck
London, marching soldiers, UK flags
Graffiti/Art image of wall with the figure of a man (I don't recognize him, but he might be someone famous). He looks a little like Jim Morrison of The Doors to me. There is another partial face to the viewer's left on the wall, but not much there to identify.
elevator, fade to white
"then came the bad news"
(morse and reverse audio decoded earlier)
