Has video response been diabled?

I don't know if this is the place to ask this, so if this post is in the wrong location I apologize and feel free to move it.

I can't seem to be able to post video responses on the main video page. Is this just me or have they been diabled for some reason? And if they have been, will they be reinstated at some point?

I just checked. It's not working for me either. I got a message that said "Stack overflow at line 0"

And this should probably be in concerns and complaints. I'm sure someone will move it.
