Wet papers?

I re-watched the video, Daniel. It looks like it the damage would have been minimal!
In the first place, they weren't stapled together - so you could have separated them to dry!
So I am think that you tried really hard to remedy the situation and that maybe spencer or us forumers can make something of the papers that were in that folder!
PLEASE upload them for us.

I agree completely. The packet of papers was never submerged under the water, only landed on top. Which means that at most some of the bottom pages may have bled a bit... but I think there will still be plenty of useful material (even on pages which have bled a bit).

I posted this in another post but it works best here.


Ok well in the library world... if a book gets water damage you just put it in a frost free freezer. It sucks out all the water without damage to the paper.

I totally agree with all the above. Daniel, please put the letters up here, I'm sure we all can figure it out. I can't believe you can't read anything on the papers, so please put them here and we will help you!
