[Question] How can I help?

Every idea I come up with is ignored completely (one even banished to being a locked thread in the junk section)... I'm aweful at the anagram thing. You guys decipher the morse messages about 3 times faster than I do, and I have no software to alter pictures or audio to help with that. I'm no good at all. I'll just shut up now and sit back and watch the rest of you solve this cassieiswatching thing, as I'm no help at all.

I understand completely how you feel! :? We could definitely use your help with updating the Cassieiswatching LGPedia article. :D

Don't worry about special formatting or anything, just throw whatever information you find in there and let someone else sort it out. ;)

I haven't contributed a whole lot myself, but if you're interested in the AV angle, do a quick search for GIMP (photo editing) and Audacity (auto editing). They're pretty straightforward, and they're open source. I also use a Firefox plugin called VideoDownloader (to download the flash movies from YouTube) and a program called FLVextract (I think) to extract the audio from the flash movies. Even if something's already solved, I'll go back through it just for the practice (plus you never know when something might have been missed) :)

I'm sure my wife would say the same about me, but it's really just a language thing. Once you learn the lingo, the rest is cake :)

Now don't go sayin' that! Trust me, we've all gone through frustration with this and it wasn't until recently that I felt I could contribute anything worthwhile.

Just keep up with the reading and try to do what you can. Keep posting your ideas cause you never know when you are going to catch something that someone else doesn't.

The more people we have working on this the better and you are valuable, even if you think you aren't! :D

So jump in, the water's fine! Who knows what you might haul out of the water wrapped in a pillow case, some red fabric and a box? *evil grin*

All good things!
