Bree gets socially aware? or Bree gets paid to plug a website?

It's just an advertisement for that website. The website probably gave them money for it. I don't find it AMAZING.

I find it amazing that people would actually think that if you forgive debt to a country (that the country isnt paying on anyway) that suddenly all of the kids will be fed. I never realized that numbers written down in a book were so important.

It's a good cause, though poverty is too pervasive to end. Forgiving its foreign debt really won't magically improve the country, though it's a good cause and I'm glad people are striving for something because it's better than nothing.

I agree. I dislike that they use the character/series to push an agenda.

This might be off topic for this thread, but I think using Bree and the LG15 set to push this message shows the whole thing has "jumped the shark."

Good for her. It's a nice way to use a current phenomenom to help raise awareness on the Internet.

And nice to see Owen in the background standing up in support as well!

Ha! :D But it is true that Owen is deeply involved in any action to end world poverty and hunger.

I'm really glad they did this, paid advertisement or not.

I hope that Mesh and the gang did get paid, it's not like the project is generating a ton of money at this point.
