on Frank’s blog, I wrote a code to make a permutation of all the letters (A=A+i with i=1 to 26, (rot13: i=13)). It doesn’t give anything at first look.

Ok, so two thoughts I had looking at this:
1. Letter shift, as mentioned before. All I remember from solving these in the past is that E is the most oft-used letter in the alphabet so you could start by subbing "E" for the letter appearing most often in this mess (G, it looks like). And then sub G for existing Es?
2. Could these be the first letters of some sort of text? Either a blog entry, video titles, song lyrics?
Don't know that any of that is any help but it's all I've got right now.
