The Ceremony Site

We know the ceremony was held in Topanga Canyon in California. We've seen a map in Following the Helper and a road sign in Daniel's ceremony video. It seems to me that this is a clue we should go there... is there anyone in the area that's interested in finding the ceremony site and see if there's a clue?
(Thought I'd pull this into Plot Discussion since no one else mentioned going there in the Video discussion... and if we're not supposed to go there, I'm sure the creators/mods will let us know...)

I can't go there (since I'm sick as a dog), but I'm pretty sure I know where the ceremony took place. I used to hike around that area, and Malibu in general, as a kid. If you go to Topanga Canyon and the Trippet Ranch, there's a trail that goes up to Eagle Rock. Midway on that trail (it's a strenuous hike) there's a little area that is used for pagan ceremonies (unofficially, of course). You can usually tell it apart from other "areas" on the main trail (because there are usually offerings of flowers/candle stubs/garbage).
You can access the trail head at the Trippet Ranch Nature Center.

I've decided that I'm moving to Topanga Canyon tomorrow. Sure, it's half-way across the country...but this is Lonelygirl FIFTEEN we're talking about.
It's worth it.

I'm guessing you haven't been to very many sleepovers.

lol where did this thread go? so was anyone gonna check out the locs in cali? i oficially offer my services if any travel needs to be done in texas. i know i heard zavalla tx mentioned. i dont know if theres anything to that, but it was on lucys computer supposedly. i wonder if theres something there.
