it looks like the end of a url, but slapping it into google gave me nothing. I'm trying to get in touch with Tachy... we'll see how successful it proves.

Looks cypherish...not that I know how to work any. There are several tools on the link below but they focus on letter only cyphers. it looks like an image link kinda. /uselessness

Could it connect in anyway to the text in the third video or the song played in it?

It has got to be a code. Maybe it is encoded like the file names on the card she left?

that was a hex representation of text. This isn't the same. I'm converting it to hex and binary, but that just turns into numbers.

I thought maybe it would be binary - morse, but I think you need spaces to have that make sense and I can't see how that would work.

This is what it is in binary if it helps anyone, but I can't see anything.

Oh cool! I've never seen base 64 before.

How did that end up being a message on craigslist?

Can you update the original message NASA and summarize the work, adding the new link (plus any other new info)?

Oh, okay, I see now. You just go to the base64 encoder listed on the unforum link given above. It translates into a URL.

Using http://makcoder.sourceforge.net/demo/base64.php

input code from Tachyon's YouTube page

aHR0cDovL3JhY2hhdi5yZWRpcmVjdG1lLm5ldC8=

You must remove the space she added. Otherwise you get a partial address.

This decodes to: http://rachav.redirectme.net/

The redirect leads you to:

http://bakersfield.craigslist.org/x/mis/229071500.html

This is a message from Tachyon about missing her ride.

It also contains a message inside. I believe it is from a song.

Nice work, NASAboy!!!

And just so you know, I've heard back from Tach and she said she doesn't know how long she'll be in one place. She's moving around a lot.
It's official!! I'm getting married September 28, 2007!!

WOW. Many, many questions.

First up: Why in the heck would she go to Bakersfield?
