I agree, most normal teenagers don't spend their time reading bibles ..

I have a theory that this could be about david icke's shape shifting reptiles and all the water/pool references could relate to the fact that reptiles swim in water.

I don't think it's a man. It could be a lady with a really butch haircut. But, yes... I saw that (right when she says "check").

I don't think Daniel reading the Bible has any significance. They've been at that hotel for, what, five days? By the fifth day, you've generally read all of the menus in the bedside drawer and the local flavor magazines... probably got a USA Today in the bathroom.

Daniel's probably bored stiff.

I think just b/c he's in a black suit makes it seem pretty significant. I mean how many people would you see in a suit walking by the swimming pool in a motel? probably no one so he's probably from the order.
