I have had problems in the past submitting videos but now it seems to be a set thing. I have recently tried to submit videos, reuploaded the videos, tried again, multiple videos, and they don't work when I try to submit to the lonelygirl site. I have had friends that have voiced this same problem to me with their videos. Here is the error message that I receive:

"The video response you submitted is in an incorrect format, please check the URL and try again."

I've tried multiple times as I said before. It seems to me that it is not something I am doing but instead a problem with the website.

Could you post the URL you are submitting into a reply to this message. Other users successfully submit videos all the time. I personally have never had a problem with any of my submissions.

They work from here...but...I just tried to post again..and it still won't work.

Dr. Immant mentioned in chat the other day that he's been having problems submitting videos too.

Until Friday (Dec. 8) I had been able to submit video comments to an episode without much trouble. One problem I did notice was that in some cases when I would submit the URL the video was accepted for review but never posted. But, that is not the problem that I am writing about.

For the last few days the form used for submitting a video response to an episode "does not seem" to work. What happens is after I have selected the form, entered the URL (in the correct format I think) and click on the submit button, nothing happens. Normally I had been receiving a pop up message saying it has been submitted.....etc but that does not happen.

I checked the URL ( http://one.revver.com/watch/116487/form ... iate/43928 ) and the format looks ok.
When I tried it in a browser window it retrieved the correct video.

So, I called a friend (this would rule out a problem with my machine), sent him the URL and asked him to submit it from his machine. The results were exactly the same.

So, I kind of think the problem might be at your end.

Can you help me with this problem?

Er...not to complain, since you are doing me such a WONDERFUL favor, but "I hate colds" was supposed to go with "The anti-cribs" (Jonas' vid). "AAH!" was the one that was supposed to go with "The test." Otherwise, what I say sort of does not make sense. thanks!

Okay, so I checked back, and "I hate colds" is fine where it is.
However, my other vid is still missing. Is this a problem on my end or yours?

There is no problem. I have added "Ahh!" as a response to "The Test".
Each video needs to be reviewed and approved before it gets added as a response, so there can be a delay.
